FAQ

When, Where, What time are classes?

We will offer Core Classes one day and Enrichment classes on a 2nd day at the Homeschool Hub in Lewisville TX. Classes meet between 9:15am-3:30pm, with the exception of our evening Worldview classes that begins at 3:30pm. Students should arrive to campus no earlier than 9:00am for 1st period, and no earlier than 15 minutes before their first scheduled class. Students should be picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled day.

For Thursday, PE will begin at 9:30am, location will be emailed the week prior. 

When do classes begin/end?

1st day of classes will be August 19, 2025 for our High School Classes and everyone else starts September 2, 2025. There are occasional holiday and scheduled closings, but we follow close with LISD calendar. Classes will wrap up by May 5, 2026

Is there a calendar of dates?

We will follow LISD holiday calendar. See list of important dates in Calendar tab on home page. Subject to change.

8/12 orientation

8/19 High School Classes Begin

9/2  All other classes begin

10/13 FALL BREAK

11/17 LAST DAY OF CLASS 

Christmas Party 12/1 or 12/8

Spring Semester 2026

1/6  High School Classes resume

1/20 All other classes resume

3/9-3/13 Spring Break

4/28 Last day of classes for Lower Grades

5/5  Last day of class for high school

5/12 End of year party

What is the cost per class?

The cost per class start at $300 and go up. 

We offer a discount for tuition paid in one annual payment. Tuition for enrollment after the beginning of the school year will be prorated. 

Paid in full annual tuition is due by August 1st. For families choosing the payment plan, the first payment is due June 1st. 

Supply Fees and/or curriculum varies by class, not included in tuition

We also offer workshop intensives and other offerings that will be paid per workshop or event.

There will be a non-refundable application fee of $50.

Is there a limit on the number of students per class?

Yes, to maintain an intimate and effective learning environment, each class will have a minimum of 5 students and will be limited to 12 students, with the exception of some high school classes that may go up to 16. We encourage early sign-up to secure your spot.

What is the age range for the classes?

We offer classes for a range of age groups, from early elementary to high school. Specific age groups for each class will be detailed in the class descriptions. 

Is this a drop-off program?

Yes, parents may drop students off up to 15 minutes prior to thier first class and pick up must be promptly at the end of thier scheduled day. 

We do ask parents to serve each week in some capacity to help keep costs down. More details to come during interview.

Can you have accommodations for students requiring behavioral or learning aid?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not equipped for that. If your student requires a parent or aid to sit in a classroom setting, we strongly encourage you to discuss this in detail during your initial interview.

How do I sign up my student for classes?

To sign up, please fill out the membership request. We will follow up with further registration details.
